Town-Hall.US is an AI-powered platform designed to assist real estate professionals with due diligence research by automating municipal data collection. During the beta phase, the Service is provided on a testing basis for feedback purposes.
Beta Program: Our current beta program is for testing and feedback purposes only. Features, functionality, and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must meet the following requirements to use our Service:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Be a licensed real estate professional or affiliated with the real estate industry
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. User Accounts and Registration
